Our approach
INITIAL CONSULTATION
Our first date. As we will be together for the long run, that initial connection is a crucial moment. We get to know each other a little better. We discuss your goals, budget, and timeline. However, we also go through any of your requirements and the designs that would fit in with your lifestyle. You will review the scope of work and our fee proposal. Once approved by you, the work starts!
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Based on our initial meeting we develop a concept that will set the tone for your home. In this phase, we also optimise space planning and provide options for finishes, lighting, fittings, fixtures, and furniture, to create the perfect space. We know that not everyone can envision a space, so we simplify this for you through 2D and 3D designs. We finally include an estimated budget that will help you make decisions.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
We translate all that we have discussed into documents with all the fine details for final quoting by the contractor or builder. The full set of plans and specifications leaves no room for costly errors, this sets everyone up for success.
CONSTRUCTION & INSTALLATION
We work closely with the contractors to ensure that the construction goes to plan. Regular checks-in are scheduled with you to answer any questions that may arise and to be a support to you. We schedule timely the delivery of furniture, fixtures, fittings, art, and accessories and arrange their installation. Once the heavy lifting is completed, next comes the most exciting part: we hand over a space that is unique to you and that you will enjoy for years to come.
